Mopping: Excessive Spinning and Getting Stuck

Has anyone else experienced excessive spinning and the E31 getting stuck during mopping? The first time I ran the mop it zipped through my entire apartment like a boss, and finished up with plenty of battery to spare. I don't know what I'm doing differently this time but it seems like it keeps getting stuck from too much water output. It keeps turning and turning, but it barely moves forward and doesn't make any progress. My floors are typical vinyl flooring, nothing weird about the flooring from what I can see.

Does anyone have any tips for mopping to prevent it from getting stuck and slipping? Also does anyone have any technical details about the "Level 1, Level 2, Level 3" options in Water Volume? It sounds like how much water outputs per second or per area, but now I'm wondering if it's actually how much water you added to the container. Does anyone know? I email Kyvol also, just thought I would check here also.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
